Services Offered:

Single Service – One time service for target pest(s) which generally carries a 30 day guarantee*.
Monthly Service – Service is done monthly and carries a full guarantee.
Every Other Month Service – Service is completed every other month and carries a full guarantee.
Quarterly Service – Service is done every 3 months and generally carries a 30 day guarantee* after each service.
Twice per Year Service – Service is done every 6 months and generally carries a 30 day guarantee* after each service.
Flea Service – Service is completed upon request only and generally carries a 30 day guarantee.
Bed Bug Service – Service is completed upon request only. There is no guarantee on this service. Please submit a Bed Bug Service Request Form.
FHA/ VA Termite Inspections – Service is completed upon request only and we guarantee the inspection for 60 days from date of completion. Please submit a Termite Inspection Request Form.

All commercial service contracts come with service for Roaches, Mice & Rats standard…other pests are not included unless specifically requested.

*Length of guarantee can be increased upon request, price will increase in proportion.
